Gray Equestrian Services is an equestrian consulting and management business founded in 2009. We provide a wide range of services from your smallest needs up to managing your entire equestrian operation. Our clients range from private families, to horse show organizers and even corporate companies. Our founder Rob Gray has extensive experience previously managing an equestrian consulting business in Canada. 

Rob Gray is an equestrian entrepreneur that was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. A member of the equestrian community his entire life, Rob spends his time between Wellington, FL, and Toronto managing both the U.S. and Canadian operations of Gray Equestrian Services. He has worked with many corporate companies to maximize their exposure in the sport of show jumping.  Rob has also helped source some of the top-level show jumping horses and assisted international riders with their success in the sport. In 2020, he joined the board of the National Horse Show. 

Nora Gray is a professional rider and trainer for Gray Equestrian. She was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. Nora is a 2019 graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, where she left a legacy as one of the captains of the Mustangs’ equestrian team and broke the school’s record with 85 career wins, along with a stable full of awards. Nora led the squad as they won back-to-back conference titles, she was named the National Collegiate Equestrian Association’s Rider of the Year Over Fences, she earned a spot on the First Team All-United-Equestrian-Conference academic squad, named to the All-UEC Over Fences team, she was the UEC Equitation Over Fences Rider of the Year, named to the First Team NCEA Farnam All-Academic and First Team NCEA Ariat All-American Over Fences, and won the Athletic Director’s S.P.I.R.I.T Award, the school’s most prestigious honor given to student-athletes who represent “values of service, passion, integrity, respect, innovation and teamwork in their sport, school and community.
